Located among the soybean and corn fields of Western Illinois, Trophy Buck Outfitters offers a deer hunting experience unlike any other. Our guides know the thousands of acres of mature timber, steep bluffs and creek bottoms–and the deer that populate them.
Using trail cams and years of experience, Brian and his crew study the big bucks, making note of their bedding areas, rubs & scrape lines along with feeding & travel patterns then place stands in strategic locations for maximum success.

Trophy Hunting Packages
Early or late season, archery shotgun or muzzleloader, the guides at Trophy Buck Outfitters have the knowledge and experience to help you bring home a Trophy Buck! From the time you check in to the time you pack out, Brian and his crew take care of every detail so you can relax and enjoy your hunt.
Missing the correct habitat stamp or having the wrong tag/license is a thing of the past! One of the only outfitters in Illinois to offer on-site printing of tags and licenses, TBO saves you from costly mistakes that could make you miss a day of your hunt–and could cost you your trophy!
With our careful land and resource management, we work hard to keep our buck to doe ratio in balance, doing so enables buck calls, rattling antlers, and our preferred Scent attractants to actually work the way they should, allowing our hunters to continuously see and harvest trophy bucks throughout the entire hunting season. With more than 150 stands on the properties consisting of hang-on stands, ladder stands, dome tower blinds, pop-up ground blinds, & hay bale blinds there are options available for all preferences and abilities.
All of our hunts are fully guided, including lodging, food, transportation to and from your stand, and transporting your trophy out of the field. We do not charge trophy fees–when you get your big buck, we don’t penalize you for it!
This is Fair Chase Whitetail Hunting – by Illinois law we cannot guarantee you will harvest a big buck. We calculate our success rate on our ability as an outfitter to put our clients on Bucks over our 140 inch minimum, that rate is around 60-80%, after that it’s out of our hands and up to you and your ability as hunters to hunt hard and execute ethical shots. Our success rate comes from our extensive scouting efforts and strategic stand placement key locations. We do all the leg work, the rest is up to you!
